    I try to exercise everyday, but I set two days aside each week to really focus on it.

    Yes

    4) Do you smoke? Used to, but do not anymore.

    5) Do you prefer to work out alone or with a friend? I prefer to work out with my brother.

    6) Why? We both bench sometimes and you need a 'standby'.

    Not unless I'm doing it on the 3-4 times a week basis.

    I don't care. I usually play badminton for two hours with Farhad or a friend.

    Because I like the company, I guess? And it's not a way of motivating me. I motivate THEM.

    It depends..some days I want to work out alone other with a friend.

    Sometimes it gets boring by yourself, but they also become a distraction.

    1) How often do you get exercise?
    Never really. I'll go walking outside but that's about it.

    Lol no. I'm lazy and I usually sit on my butt all day unless I'm out doing something.

    No, here you got to be at least 16 and I'm only 15.

    Hell to the no! =D

    I would prefer to work out with a friend.

    6) Why?
    Alone is sooo boring and you would probably just give up after 5 minutes. But if you're with a friend, you can have someone to talk to and have fun with while working out.

    I think I do. Not because they're healthy or anything, just because I love them.
