Looking for a love poem that was once featured.

Anyone have a copy of a poem, it was featured on this website about a year ago, it's title was "If Only".

There used to be copies of it on people's personal websites, but I can't find copies of it anymore.

It went something like:

If only something were grains of sand,
And something were the sea,
Then something something something,
And heaven would something something (rhymes with sea).

Or something....

I really don't remember well, but if you know the poem I'm talking about, you'll KNOW it right away.
