I personally dont like to wright the title first. it makes it hard for me to wright the rest of the poem, because ill try to focus on making the poem centered on that title which makes the poem have less focus on feeling and truth. |

Most of the time i write the title and the poem comes to me, then i end up changing the title. =D |

As a general rule, unless I am doing a titled contest, I never start with the title. |

I like to write the poem first and give it a title after... it becomes harder to write if you give it a title to begin with.. if you dont you have a wider option to write about... =] |

I usually do it both ways. If I can think of a title before I start writing I use it unless I get to the end and it doesn't fit it anymore. |
