I want to know, if that's alright, how old you were when you first moved out and stories about it if you can share them. |

I was 18 when I moved out, my aunt had been going through a divorce, so I had been staying with her to help her with my 3 younger cousins, after 2 months we figured I might as well just move in. I called my dad, figuring he would not care, i was never home anyway and most of the time I was a pain in the ass lol He was not happy, it was a couple of weeks later when he helped me move my stuff reluctantly. |

Ha im not allowed to and im turning 18 next but in a way i think its good because its cheaper and as the years go by you should be saving up to actually buy a house of your own and not have to live in someone elses. |

15, but I didn't move out, my Mother and step father split up and left me in the family house alone...which was rather harsh of them. |

Moving our isn't all it's cracked up to be. I remember in high school, even though i had jobs and made my own money, my biggest concern was what i was going to do on the weekend and if the guy i liked, liked me back. Now being on my own, all that sounds just silly. It's all about the bills and the job and what i can afford to get this paycheck and what i need to wait to get. I miss the easier days so much. (moved out at 17 by the way, 2 months after highschool grad.) |

My father said I can move out when I get married but until then he does not want me on my own but he will pay for everything for me and I do not have to work and I love my dad and I've always been home schooled so its just me and him and I am fine with his decision. |

I'll be gone in a month or too. I'll still be eighteen but it doesn't really matter. I'll move in with the band, finish off highschool, and then I'll get the livin' heck out of this darned state and hopefully out of this darned country. |
