Inspiration

I'm having trouble getting inspiration from every day life so I was wondering if anyone had any particular thing they do to get inspiration or any particular thing that gives them inspiration.

Help would be greatly appreciated. I'll try them [even if its eating peanutbutter mixed with hot sauce. o_0]

*music
*movies
*books
*reading other poems
*running.. (it kinda clears my mind.)

Yeah, I go on jogs usually every day and then call my boyfriend in a park and talk to him before coming home and then I can usually write great poetry but lately, it hasn't been working well...
