Shy guy friend...help!!

There is this guy that i like and i have the feeling that he likes me too but he is really really shy and most of the time gets too nervous to be able to say anything...so i need conversation topics to start with him plz thank you...

Usually with shy people, it's best you start conversations about them, because they familiar with themselves and their own lives. Hope that helps.

Ask him about one of his interests, especially if its one you share. make him feel comfortable enough to open up around you. once he breaks through the shyness, it will be easier for you two to talk, and maybe even get into a relationship. good luck: )

Thank you! i know he likes soccer and he doesnt like these guys and women who show off and stuff like that so i'll think i'll start a conversation from here...but i dont know how to gain his trust!

This is hard for me to give some advice, because I'm in the same situation.

I'd say talk to him about stuff that he knows, but don't talk about yourself untill you know him better. That way, you don't say something to offend him..

I'm not saying to make yourself another person, just don't mention something that might make him feel awkward or offended..

With me, I'm shy and so is he, but I've heard from a ton of people that he likes me. I like him so much I broke up with my boyfriend for him. It's not the only reason I broke up with him, though. I might have to post an advice forum, too..

Omg! This is exactly what happened to me before! This guy named patrick liked me and I liked him, but we are both really shy! So we almost never talked unless we had too. Well eventually I decided that there is no point liking a guy and fantasing about him if we dont talk. The best thing to do, or what worked best for me if just approaching him in a casual manner. Pretend like your talking to one of your friends. And don't be to anxious.

Asking him questions where he has to elaborate on is good. Like his fav bands, music, role models etc! The more he opens up the more he trusts you! Only one downfall to this, once they openup they wont shut up!

I think u should talk to him about anything, even if it sounds dorky...make him laugh, be yourself, and like hopefully he'll open up...just like talk to him about anything, and tease and be yourself............haha i said that like 3 times...but anyways hope that helps any..
