My minds disided to go into its not worth living mode so i thought i would write this to keep my mind off of anything that i will regret when i see sence. Anyways do you lot know any thing to do while depressed i would write poetry which i normally do but i have writers block and my life isnt so exciting that i can write about my day like some people are able to do. Iv also tried drawing but that didnt help, my minds blank and its like a hurrocane has gone off in my head.

Well if your mind's blank dearie I'm not so sure there's a problem. I think depression arises when you have too many thoughts, bad thoughts that is. Maybe it's just that way for me though.

Get lost in something. Whatever it may be. It all depends on the person. People deal with it in different ways. For me, it's spending time with friends. It works like magic. But if that's not possible, write poetry, draw, listen to music, watch a movie, read a book, even clean if you have to. Anything to get your mind off things. The thing is all of these are only temporary solutions..but oh well, at least it keeps you going. Hope I helped. Good luck! =]

I have an insterment :P i used to play it for 3 years and gave up mainly because of exams took up alot of my time. I like to watch anime its one of the best time passers of all... but i didnt feel like doing that yesturday until one of my best friends troubles made me smile o.O i know weird but shes always able to make me smile.... even though shes 350 miles away from me its just thoughs random little happenings that make both of us forget about any bad feelings... I supose thats my cure most days. I just hope i dont slip out of happy mode today seeing as its Christmas Eve and i dont want to be trying to smile with my friends round.

I think most people, if not all, have a point in their life when this thought pops into their mind, and they actually consider it because it seems easier. .like the easy wayy out. but if everyone took the easy wayy out, how would anyone learn from mistakes? i'm in somewhat of a same predicament as you. i have writer's block too. and i do get depressed quite often. but i just. .i try to cry it away. and if that doesnt work, i'll write some crappy poem just to know i tried something, but i throw it out. [you dont have to] or i suppose you could try keeping a journal. ? :] just write down all your thoughts, you know. i use to do that. [but then i ran out of notebooks] lol. but it worked for me. maybe it'll work for you. :]

I understand what you're going through right now...and i deeply regret the situation you are in. But whenever you feel sad or depressed just look at the positive things life has given you...

Cut my wrists... pop pills... have sex with crack addicts. The list goes on. But what I really do is like listen to music or something. Or play some sports, hang out iwht friends, just get out the house. Do something you enjoyand keep yourself entertained.
