How can i help her

My best friend is with this really great guy who is her age.she is 16 but now she has beeen working at sears and there is this 23 yearold guy flirting with her and she likes him back but she doesnt know what to do cuz she still loves her boyfriend but its hard for them to make it work. i mean i am the reason why they are together and i am the one that has kept their relationship this long. with out me they would not be together.. should i help her are tell her anything or actually tell her to figure it out herself

If she asks for your opinion give it, other than that she is just going to do what she wants anyway.

She already knows that both mine and her dad work together and their cops

If i tell her to stay with her boyfriend she'll think im jealous cuz some older guy likes her but theres this guy at ocharleys who never stops looking at me and hes 22 im like 15 its not happening, but anyways her boyfriend is so sweet and he is like a brother to me...if i were her id hang on to him but she dont realize

Ive tried to tell her that, but i think she might leave her boyfriend,but the guy told her that he dont want a serious relationship...i just dont want her crying to me when that guy uses her and then moves on to someone else..but im a let her figure this one out herself

If you have already told her the pitfalls there is really nothing else you can do, we all have to learn lessons in life, hopefully she'll use her head. Mike is right though, better to have her cry to you than because of you.

Its not her its the other guy flirting with her, and she is kinda like me if a guy flirts with me i will flirt back even if i dont like him

Even if shes flirting yet doesnt like him, then there should be no decision between the boyfriend and the guy for her. wouldn't she just keep dating her boyfriend and flirting with the guy? obviously she has [im guessing lustful] feelings for this older man, in which case she should leave her boyfriend for his sake.
