Leg lifts. They work the abs and the legs -- and man are they a killer. xD But nah, the easier way is instead of eating three big meals a day, eat 5-8 small meals. It keeps your metabolism working and your body burning calories. And drink a lot of water and make sure to get a lot of sleep. |

Just eat 3 meals exercise an hour after if its a big meal, much as 20 jumping jacks. Walk about for 30min or longer. If you get hungry drink some water or eat an apple which everyone will agree on because apples are healthy and they naturally fill you up. Also dance, dancing is a fun way of burning thoughs extra bits of stored sugar |
