    Hey ever one i gain a little weight and i really don't have time to go to the gym and i was wondering do anyone
    knows what can i do drink or eat that would help me?
    anyone ((no ideal will go over looked please please help
    my clothes look like i've shopping at baby gap))Help!!

    You don't need to go to the gym in order to work out. Just take a walk for 20 minutes, or do jumping jacks and sit ups in your room. As for food, stay away from stuff that's been ultra-processed, in favor of more natural items. Fruit makes a good snack... so does popcorn.

    Drink alot of water and sleep alot.
    that also helps, and i agree with the person above me, just do little things often and it will help alot.

    Work out at home.
    Don't eat a little here and a little there, Have steady meals.

    & Stay away from soft drinks!
    10 minutes running on the treadmill burns off HALF a can of coke!
    Just stay away from 'em, :P Drink water.

    Leg lifts. They work the abs and the legs -- and man are they a killer. xD But nah, the easier way is instead of eating three big meals a day, eat 5-8 small meals. It keeps your metabolism working and your body burning calories. And drink a lot of water and make sure to get a lot of sleep.

    Just eat 3 meals exercise an hour after if its a big meal, much as 20 jumping jacks. Walk about for 30min or longer. If you get hungry drink some water or eat an apple which everyone will agree on because apples are healthy and they naturally fill you up. Also dance, dancing is a fun way of burning thoughs extra bits of stored sugar
