Miscarriage

Has anyone ever miscarried a baby? I know this is a hard topic to talk about but i am 15 and i miscarried a baby. I was only 3 months along and i had just started telling people about it. Instead of telling them i miscarrie di just said it was a false alarm and i wasnt pregnant. But now i dont know how to handle it. It hurts so bad. I wanted this child. And now he is gone.
