Okay i almost told him. but he was acting like he had no intrest in talking to me. But he tells everyone that Im special and that he could see me and him together one day.But I couldnt tell him cuz he seemed irritated. I dont call him hardly. I barely ever see him anymore. its like we are distant now. I feel like CRYING my eyes out. cuz i dont know what to do. Should I even tell him. Or just go on and forget about him?

Damn girl, in my opinion, you should definately tell him. If he tells everyone that you're special and that he can see you and together someday, that means he really is into you. So I say, GO FOR IT & TELL HIM HOW YOU FEEL!! It's gonna take a lot of weight off your shoulders.

^ I totally agree with Mike, you shouldn't be afraid to tell him hot you feel. When you're out on a date, doing something, just pop out and tell him everything. It won't hurt for you to tell him what you feel.
