This kid from my school died Sat the 5th from a car accident. It was so unexpected. It was EVAN! This was the kid everyone knew in high school. The one who was so nice to everyone and had the biggest smile in the world. Im at school now and its like looking at souless people. We have about 2,000 kids at our school just walking around with dead looks on there faces. The halls are quiet, no body talks. I find myself staring at the wall and thinking of the last time I talked to him. It will never be the same at my high school. Its not fair! He didn't deserve to die. He just truned 18.......blah.

I hate this, Im sorry for ranting but I felt it was necessary....

Thanks for listening. i understand that death is inevitable its all around us and that life goes on. Its hard though to know you will never see that smiling face ever again when you walk down the hall, hear his voice when you talks, see him laugh about the stupidest thing, or even be able to look at his face again.
The school is really being understandable about this. School is closed thursday for the funeral and they are providing transportation, or foods classes are making cookies and salads for the funeral, and our community center is holding the visitation and the funeral service in there gym so everyone who wants to come can.
I just know every time I drive anywhere I will always remember to be careful and I will never take anything for granted and to live to the fullest.

Then at least he didn't die in vain.
I hope everyone takes the kind of attitude you are to this tragedy.

I am so sorry for your loss. in august, just 3 days before school started, my friend died. he had just graduated, and he was loved by all. when school started everyone talked about his death..he died in a car crash as well...and at his funeral like at least 300 people came, over 200 people from school, it was crazy. he is loved and missed by all.

just try to stay strong...i cant say this for sure because i dont know him, but im sure he wouldnt want you to be sad about him being gone...but again, i cant say, im just assuming..
