Trouble Swallowing

I've been having a real hard time swallowing for the past few weeks (or months), and not even when I'm eating! whenever I try to swallow I can't seem to get my throat muscles to work and it feels like I'm being choked by an invisible hand. should I be worried?

yeah I'm going to see the doctor about it this weekend. I've gone before and they said that they're something strange about my brain waves so I'm getting therapy for that too :) it's getting better though
