Copyright infringement-HELP PLZ!

Hey, so im thinking of entering my haikus into a contest, but am sorta afraid 2 because i think they do an online search thing, and because they will search for my words, they'll find this site (i know, i tried hehe), so should i just tell the ppl at my school that i have these online? or just wait for the..uh..."poop" to fall?

Either tell the people straight off, before or as you enter your poems, or else I'd say maybe just delete them from this site for a while. Save them to a word document or something, and save yourself the drama. If they are your poems, honestly, then you shouldn't really have to worry, but to avoid some stress, I'd do one of the above.
